PLACING AN ORDER

Please place an order via our website, by phone, or by email.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Our current "guaranteed processing times are 7-10 business days.  Day 1 starts the day after your order is received.  Tracking numbers are sent via email after processing.  Packages will be either hand delivered or shipped using USPS or FED-EX depending on your location.

Please Note:

Business days do not include holidays or weekends.  Always allow one extra business day for processing after a holiday or a sale.  

We do not currently deliver or ship outside of the DC Metropolitan area.

If a package is returned to DEC-O-RIZED LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the  customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Dec-O-Rized LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

DEC-O-RIZED LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, DEC-O-RIZED LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.

REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase with us at dec-o-rized.com.  

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your delivered purchase.  Your item must be unused.  Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed, as long as requests are processed before the order has been packaged or shipped. 

If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us at info@dec-o-rized.com Please submit a photo of your damaged/defective item/s. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
